摘  要:拖拉机回转体曲面零件属于复杂的加工零件,在数控加工过程中由于编程的不同会导致加工工序和工艺等存在较大的差异,合理的刀位轨迹编程可以有效地提高数控机床的加工效率和加工精度。为此,将曲线拟合算法引入到了刀位轨迹优化过程中,并根据刀具加工步长和加工误差对刀位轨迹进行了密化插值优化,得到了加工精度较高的刀位算法。为了验证方案的可行性,对拖拉机犁耕装置的附加叶轮进行了结构分析,并成功提取了关键的曲面曲线型值点;然后,利用曲线拟合的方法得到了加工路线形状,对刀位轨迹坐标进行了提取,通过密化插值最后实现了刀位轨迹的优化。同时,利用UG软件生成了刀位轨迹,从而验证了刀位轨迹优化方案是可行的。The curved surface part of the tractor is a complex machining part. In the process of NC machining,the difference of the processing procedure and process will be caused by the different programming. The rational tool path programming can effectively improve the machining efficiency and the machining accuracy of the CNC machine tools. According to this,the curve fitting algorithm is introduced into the process of tool path optimization,and the tool path length and machining error are interpolated and optimized according to the machining step length and machining error,and the tool position algorithm with higher machining precision is obtained. In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme,the structure of the additional impeller of the tractor ploughing device is analyzed,and the key curved surface curve points are extracted successfully. Then the curve fitting method is used to get the shape of the machining route,and the tool path coordinates are extracted. The tool path optimization is finally realized through the dense interpolation and interpolation.The tool path is generated by UG software,which proves that the tool path optimization scheme is feasible.
