摘  要:为解决垄作马铃薯收获和残膜回收问题,研制出一种用于马铃薯收获和残膜回收的复合收获机,由挖掘铲、运送装置和收膜装置组成,并对关键装置进行了参数设计和分析。挖掘铲采用振动装置,有效的解决了壅土现象的发生和对马铃薯的挖掘效率;机具采用钉齿挑膜原理,利用残膜自身的重力集膜箱中,不需要专门的卸膜装置,方便快捷。田间试验表明:复合收获机的残膜捡拾率为90. 3%,伤薯率为4. 72%,满足马铃薯收获机和残地膜回收机的技术要求。In order to solve the ridge potato harvest and residual film recovery problem,a compound harvester was developed to harvest potato and collect the residue of plastic film simultaneously. The compound harvester consists of digging shovel,transporting device and film collecting device,The parameters of the key devices were designed and analyzed. Digging shovel driven by vibration device,Effectively solves the occurrence of earthworm phenomenon and the mining efficiency of potatoes; The machine adopts the principle of nail picking film and uses the self-gravity film in the film box,This machine does not require a special membrane removal device and it is very convenient. The residual film pick-up rate of the compound harvester in the field test table was 90. 3%,and the rate of damaged potatoes was 4.72%,which meet the technical requirements of potato harvesters and residual film recovery machines.
