摘 要:在西南山地丘陵地区,田地施肥多人工撒施或使用小型施肥机,存在劳动强度大、均匀性差等问题。为了减小劳动强度、提高施肥效率及均匀性,设计了一种电动助力式螺旋条施机,该条施机整机由控制系统、螺旋式排肥机构、速度检测机构和机架四大部分组成。控制系统根据施肥量设置值和轮速信号控制步进排肥电机执行动作,从而实现精量均匀施肥。试验结果表明:当设定施肥量一定时,条肥机行走距离与排肥机构排肥量成线性关系。该条施机可降低劳动强度、提高施肥效率和农业机械的机电一体化程度。In the hilly areas of Southwest China,there are many problems such as large labor intensity and poor uniformity due to manual fertilization or small-scale fertilizer application. In order to reduce labor intensity,improve fertilizer efficiency and uniformity,a motor-driven screw banding fertilizer applicator is designed. The banding fertilizer applicator consists of electric power servomechanism,vertical screw fertilizer mechanism,the walking wheel velocity detecting device and control system. According to the walking speed detected by speed detector device,combined with the amount of fertilizer currently in place,control system controls the speed of the stepping motor,then achieves the purpose of precision fertilization. Test results show that when the amount of fertilizer is set,fertilizer quantity and drill walking distance is linear. The banding fertilizer applicator reduces the labor intensity,improves the efficiency of fertilization and the degree of mechatronics of agricultural machinery.
