摘  要:玉米的种植面积和消费量都很大,在我国国民经济中占有重要地位。为满足生产的需求,我国开发出了多种类型的玉米播种机,但在智能监测和控制方面仍存在一些问题。可编程序控制器(PLC)的操作简单,可靠性和性价比高,在机械自动控制中具有明显的优势。为此,以PLC为核心,利用监测模块采集播种机工作状态,分析生成指令后发送给控制模块实现对播种机的精确控制。试验表明:播种机的实际播种深度和株间距与设定值的差异都很小,表现出较高的作业精度;播种机对种箱排空和导种管堵塞都能及时启动报警,没有出现误报的情况,具有较高的智能化水平。The planting area and consumption of corn are very large,which occupies an important position in our national economy. In order to meet the needs of production,China has developed many types of corn planters,but there are still some problems in intelligent monitoring and control. The programmable logic controller( PLC) is simple in operation,high in reliability and cost-effective,and has obvious advantages in automatic mechanical control. This paper takes the PLC as the core,uses the monitoring module to collect the working status of the seeder,analyzes the generated instructions and sends it to the control module to achieve precise control of the seeder. In the test,the actual sowing depth and the spacing between the plant spacing and the set value of the planter were very small,showing high work accuracy. The seeder can promptly activate the alarm for the emptying of the seed box and the blocking of the seeding tube,and there is no case of false alarms,which has a high level of intelligence.
