摘  要:合理的机械化深松作业可有效改善苏打盐碱地各项理化指标,作业后,土壤p H值优化均值为0. 25个单位,电导率平均降幅为0. 41ms/cm,且其容重、入渗率等均有明显改善。根据前期的试验结论,用较室温低12℃的预混液喷施于深松铲铲尖背部后使铲尖整体降温,通过温差作用铲尖正面形成清晰、密集的液化液滴,作业时可通过该层液滴实现自润减阻,并在深松铲铲柄背部布置部分扇形喷头,实现深松作业与改良剂喷施一次性作业,提高了作业效率。当硫酸铝撒施量为土壤干重的6‰时,土壤p H值优化均值为1. 8个单位。为此,进行了适用于苏打盐碱地的改良剂喷施自润式减阻深松机的相关设计与试验。Test shows that reasonable mechanized deep loose operation can effectively improve the physicochemical indexes of saline-sodic land. The mean value of soil pH was 0. 25 units after operation,the average conductivity decreased by 0. 41 ms/cm,and it,s bulk density,infiltration rate and so on have obviously improved. According to the preliminary test results,with below room temperature 12 ℃ pre-mixed solution spraying in deep loosening spade spade pointed back after cooling the spade pointed overall,a clear,dense liquid drop is formed by the surface of the spatula,this layer of droplet can be used to achieve self-run drag reduction. In addition,a part of fan nozzle is arranged in the back of the deep loose shovel handle,which can be used to improve the operation efficiency. And when the amount of aluminum sulfate is 6‰ of the dry weight of soil,the mean value of soil PH was 1. 8. The design and test of the spray self-run drag-reducing deep-relief shovel for saline-sodic land was carried out.
