摘  要:通过近30年的发展建设,CNERN已成为我国生态环境领域最为重要的野外科学综合观测网络。作为国家生态文明建设的重要组成部分、科技创新的重要平台和高级人才培养的重要基地,CNERN为我国自然生态环境保护、生态文明建设做出了巨大科技贡献。与世界先进的美国US-LTER相比,我国CNERN当前在观测网络规划布局、资源优化、综合科研产出、单站科技创新、高级人才培养方面还存在明显差距。未来CNERN需要继续完善规划布局、优化资源配置,将更多的社会、经济与人文要素纳入到生态观测与研究的范畴,加强多站协同科技创新能力和高级人才培养能力,才能提高我国在国际生态与环境领域的影响和核心竞争能力,为国家和地方生态文明建设、可持续发展提供更加重要的理论、科技及人才支撑作用。Through the thirty years development and construction,National Ecosystem Research Network of China( CNERN) has become the most important comprehensive field observation network in the field of ecological environment in China. As an important part of the national ecological civilization construction,an important scientific and technological innovation platform,and an important advanced personnel training base,CNERN has made the great contributions to the natural ecological environment protection and ecological civilization construction of China. Compared with the advanced U. S. long Term Ecological Research Network( US-LTER),CNERN currently has a clear gap in observation network layout,resources optimization,scientific research achievements output,single station innovative capability,and personnel training. The primary challenges for CNERN in the future involve improving sites layout,optimizing resource allocation,integrating more social,economic and humanistic elements into the scope of ecological observation and research,and enhancing multi-station collaborative innovation and senior personnel training ability. CNERN will be able to improving our country’s influence and core competitiveness in the international ecological and environmental fields,and provide more important theoretical,scientific and technological support for national and local ecological civilization construction and sustainable development.
