探讨动态心电图在检测阵发性房颤中的作用

摘  要:目的研究分析在阵发性房颤患者的检测过程中,采用动态心电图的临床价值。方法选取2017年1月~2018年1月本院接收的阵发性房颤患者120例,定为研究组,并同期选择本院接受常规体检的人群,定为常规组,给予动态心电图检查以及常规12导联心电图检测,对两组检测结果进行比较,并分析动态心电图的检测准确性。结果阵发性房颤患者诊断过程中,与常规12导联心电图检测结果比较90.83%(109/120),动态心电图检测结果中,漏诊2例,误诊1例,检测准确性为97.50%(117/120),两组对比差异显著(P<0.05);同时研究组最大P波时限、最小P波时限以及P波离散度,均要大于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对阵发性房颤患者选择动态心电图检测,应用价值较高,值得应用。Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of dynamic electrocardiogram in the detection of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods 120 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation received in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study group, and the people who received routine physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the routine group. Dynamic electrocardiogram examination and routine 12-lead electrocardiogram examination were given. The results of the two groups were compared and the detection accuracy of dynamic electrocardiogram was analyzed. Results During the diagnosis of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, the accuracy of routine 12-lead ECG was 90.83%(109/120). In the results of dynamic ECG, 2 cases were missed diagnosis, 1 case was misdiagnosed, and the detection accuracy was 97.50%(117/120). The difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). At the same time, the maximum p wave duration, minimum p wave duration and p wave dispersion in the study group were all larger than those in the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The dynamic electrocardiogram test for patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation has high application value and is worthy of application.
