摘  要:为对同时存在退化过程和冲击过程的系统进行可靠性分析,建立了突发型失效与退化型失效共存的系统可靠性模型.考虑退化过程和冲击过程的相关性,通过退化过程和冲击过程的分布函数,基于变动失效阈值,建立系统可靠性模型的一般形式.进一步用线性退化路径描述系统的退化过程,考虑退化速率的改变,建立系统可靠性模型的具体形式.通过具体算例,对所建立模型的有效性与合理性进行了验证与分析.In order to perform the reliability analysis of the system with coexistent degradation process and shock process,a reliability model of the system with coexistent abrupt failure and degradative failure is set up.By means of considering the dependence of degradation process and shock process on each other a general form of system reliability model is established based on the shifting failure threshold and the distribution functions of degradation process and shock process.Then,the linear degradation path is used to depict the degradation process of the system and a specific form of system reliability model is established by means of considering the changes of degradation rate.The validity and the rationality of the proposed model are verified and analyzed through a specific computation example.
