摘  要:探讨了大豆淫羊藿骨碎补片对大鼠骨密度及骨钙含量的影响。将60只SD雌性大鼠随机分为6组:假手术对照组、阳性对照组、模型对照组、大豆淫羊藿骨碎补片低、中、高剂量组。以上各组大鼠每天灌胃给药10mg/Kg,持续12周。每周称量并记录1次大鼠体重;12周之后,测定各组大鼠右侧股骨骨密度和骨钙含量。结果显示,高剂量组的骨密度值、骨钙含量均显著高于模型对照组(P<0.05)。表明大豆淫羊藿骨碎补片具有增加大鼠骨密度的功能。The effects of soybean epimedium and drynaria tablets on bone mineral density and bone calcium content in rats were investigated. Sixty female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: sham-operated control group, positive control group, model control group, and low-, medium-, and high-dose groups of soybean epimedium.The above groups of rats were intragastrically administered daily at a dose of 10 mg/kg of rat body for 12 weeks. Rat body weight was weighed and recorded once a week.After 12 weeks, the right femur bone mineral density and bone calciumcontent of each group of rats were determined.The data showed that the bone mineral density and bone calcium content in the high dose group were significantly higher than the model control group(P < 0.05). It is indicated that the soybean Epimediumsclerotiumhas the function of increasing bone density in rats.
