需求侧视角下我国体育事业发展的动力研究--基于投入产出数据的实证分析

摘  要:利用国家统计局发布的1997-2015年投入产出数据,从需求视角对我国体育事业发展的动力及其演变趋势进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:1)考察期内,消费是我国体育事业发展的主要动力,消费对我国体育事业发展的贡献率达到90.11%,各阶段消费主体发生了根本性变化,2007年之前,政府消费是我国体育事业发展的主要动力,2007年之后,居民消费尤其是城镇居民消费是我国体育事业发展的第一动力来源,未来,这一趋势将在较长的一段时间内不会有显著变化;2)资本形成对我国体育事业发展的贡献率很低,出口对我国体育事业发展的影响开始凸显,并且很可能成为未来我国体育事业发展的亮点。据此,从调整优化体育消费结构,提高体育投资效率,推动体育“引进来”与“走出去”双向互动,发挥市场配置体育资源的决定性作用等方面提出了相关建议。This paper makes an empirical analysis of the driving force of China’s sports enterprise under the demand side perspective based on the input-output data from 1997 to 2015.The results show that:1)the consumption is the main driving force of the China’s sports enterprise,which contributes 90.11%in the total sports enterprise.However,the main body of consumption has changed.The government consumption was the main driving force before 2007,and residents consumption especially urban residents consumption became the main driving force after 2007.In the future,this trend will not change significantly for a long time.2)the contribution of capital formation to the development of China’s sports enterprise is very low,and the exports start to impact on the development of China’s sports enterprise,which is likely to become a bright spot for the development of sports in China in the future.Based on above researches,the paper puts forward some suggestions from the following aspects:adjusting and optimizing the sports consumption structure,improving the efficiency of sports investment,promoting the sports“bring in”and“walking out”strategies in a two-way,making a full play of the market on allocating sports resources.
