急性低氧抗阻练习对下肢肌肉募集和激活后增强效应的影响

摘  要:目的:通过观察一次急性常氧高强度抗阻练习、低氧高强度抗阻练习以及低氧低强度抗阻练习对激活后增强效应(PAP)和肌肉募集的影响,探索低氧抗阻练习对于神经肌肉募集对PAP影响的机制。受试者基本情况:第1组:12名受试者均为有力量训练经验的男性短跑(100 m)运动员(年龄20±2年,身高178.4±7.8 cm,体重69.0±11.0 kg,训练年限5.5±3.5年,所测得深蹲1RM 132.5±22.5 kg,左侧腿为发力腿11人,右侧腿为发力腿1人)。第2组:7名受试者均为有力量训练经验的男性短跑(100 m)运动员(年龄19.5±1.5年,身高179.8±4.3 cm,体重71.0±9.1 kg,训练年限5±3.5年,所测得深蹲1RM133.5±21.5 kg,左侧腿为发力腿6人,右侧腿为发力腿1人)。方法:第1组受试者训练及测试:12名受试者间隔1周分别完成常氧高强度抗阻练习(90%1RM,3个/组,共3组,间歇90 s),低氧(海拔高度)高强度抗阻练习(同常氧)和低氧低强度抗阻练习(45%1RM,6个/组,共3组,间歇90 s),在练习的前后测试下蹲跳(CMJ)高度,最大等长收缩时的积分肌电(iEMG)。第2组受试者训练及测试:7名受试者间隔1周进行同第1组相同的3种抗阻练习,在练习的前后测试CMJ高度,最大等长收缩测试伸膝峰力矩同时记录双腿股直肌、股外侧肌和股内侧肌的肌电,分析力量发展速率(RFD)、电机械延迟(EMD)。结果:第1组:受试者在常氧高强度抗阻练习、低氧高强度抗阻练习和低氧低强度抗阻练习后CMJ测试高度上都出现了激活后增强效应(PAP)。从CMJ测试高度上来看,低氧低强度抗阻练习后即刻的高度(56.1±4.4 cm,P<0.05)显著高于低氧高强度抗阻练习后即刻的CMJ高度(52.6±4.8 cm,P<0.05)和常氧高强度抗阻练习后CMJ高度(53.1±4.8 cm,P<0.05);低氧低强度抗阻练习后8 min的CMJ高度(58.4±5.5 cm,P<0.05)显著高于常氧高强度抗阻练习后8 min CMJ高度(55.9±5.8 cm,P<0.05)。iEMG结果显示,左腿股直肌在CMJ测试时的肌肉募集程度在低氧Objective:To explore the mechanism of resistance training in hypoxia on neuromuscular recruitment and PAP by observing the effects of acute high-intensity resistance training in normoxia,acute high-intensity resistance training in hypoxia and low-intensity resistance training in hypoxia on PAP and muscle recruitment.Basic situation of subjects:First group:The 12 participants in this study were male sprinters(100 m)athletes with strength training experience(age 20±2 y,height 178.4±7.8 cm,weight 69.0±11.0 kg,length of training 5.5±3.5 y,and deep squat 1RM 132.5±22.5 kg).The left leg is 11 people with the exerting force leg,and the right leg is 1 people.Second group:The 7 Participants in this study were male sprinters(100 m)athletes with strength training experience(age 19.5±1.5 y,height 179.8±4.3 cm,weight 71.0±9.1kg,training years 5±3.5 y,and squat 1RM 133.5±21.5 kg measured.The left leg is 6 people with the exerting force leg,and the right leg is 1 people.Methods:First group:12 subjects completed the training of high-intensity resistance training in normoxia(90%1RM,3/group,a total of three groups,intermittent 90 s),high-intensity resistance training in hypoxia and low-intensity resistance training in hypoxia(45%1RM,6/group,a total of three groups,intermittent 90 s),respectively in each weekly interval.The height of CMJ and iEMG in maximum isometric contraction were measured before and after the training.Second group:7 subjects were trained same as the protocol described in study one.The height of CMJ and knee extension torque in maximum isometric contraction were measured before and after the training,as well as the EMG of the rectus femoris,lateral femoral and medial femoral muscle in both legs.RFD and EMD were analyzed.Results:First group:All subjects had PAP in the test after the training of high-intensity resistance training in normoxia,high-intensity resistance training in hypoxia and low-intensity resistance training in hypoxia.The height of CMJ after low-intensity resistance training in hypoxia(5
