摘  要:太阳能供热广泛地影响人们的日常生活,随着供热系统工程化,保障太阳能供热系统及时、高效、稳定运行成为重点发展方向.将远程控制系统作为太阳能供热的长效监测控制装备,对其进行深入研究的必要性不言而喻.通过CAN总线接收来自各用户单元的数据以及通过LORA无线通讯模块将相关信息发送至远距离显示模块,同时通过GPRS模块与远程服务器进行数据通信,并建立太阳能制热单元逐时制热量预测模型.监控主机模块采集数据的准确性和实时性以及数据处理的正确性是整个系统运行稳定的关键.Solar heating affects people’s daily life widely. With the engineering of heating system, it has become a key development direction to ensure timely, efficient and stable operation of solar heating system. It is necessary to study the remote control system as a long-term monitoring and control equipment for solar heating. In this text, data from each user unit is received through the CAN bus and relevant information is sent to the remote display module through LORA wireless communication module. Meanwhile, data communication is conducted between GPRS module and remote server, and a time-by-time heat generation prediction model of solar energy heating unit is established. The accuracy and timeliness of data collected by the monitoring host module and the correctness of data processing are the key to the stable operation of the whole system.
