摘  要:为了用建模的思想来刻画工作记忆,根据随机Hodgkin-Huxely神经元模型和短时程突触可塑性的生理学机制,给出了一个关于工作记忆的神经元网络模型.通过数值模拟的方法,讨论了不同膜面积下的离子通道对工作记忆的影响,同时发现了只有在适当的时间里不断施加外部Poisson输入,工作记忆才能不断涌现.模型能很好地解释工作记忆形成及维持的原理,也能表示2种不同刺激是怎样保存在工作记忆中的.In order to describe working memory with modeling thoughts, a neuronal network model that exhibited working memory was proposed by the physiological mechanism of the stochastic Hodgkin-Huxely neuron model and short-term synaptic plasticity. The influence of ion channel with different membrane area on the working memory was studied by numerical simulation. It was found that the continuous exertion of external Poisson stimuli with a proper period was the only way to emerge working memory. The proposed model could well explain the principle of working memory formation and maintenance, and could also indicate how two different stimuli were stored in working memory.
