摘  要:针对目前柑橘人工除梢劳动强度大、效率低及反复性大等问题,通过分析柑橘新梢物理特性和生长环境,设计了一种手持式柑橘除梢机;阐述了该除梢机结构及工作原理,并对锯片和无刷电机等关键部件及切割线速度等工作参数进行了设计与试验。试验结果表明:该除梢机的除梢成功率为93.8%,除梢后留茬长度理想率为88.4%;该机最大工作高度达3.1m,整机能连续工作12h以上。Aim at the current the existing problem of labor intensity, low efficiency and repetitive of manual removing citrus shoots. From the view of citrus shoots physical characteristics and growth environment, the author developed a handheld citrus shoots removing machine, the structure and working principle of the handheld citrus shoots removing machine. The design and experiment on the working parameters were carried out, such as cutting blade linear velocity, and the structure of saw and brushless motor. Results of the trial were summarized as follows, the success rate of removing shoots is 93.8%, the ideal length of stubble is 88.4%;The maximum working height of this machine is 3.1m;The machine can work continuously for more than 12 hours.
