摘  要:为进一步提升拖拉机零配件的设计与改进效率,将VR技术应用于设计。在虚拟现实核心理念的基础上,选取通用拖拉机关键零配件进行参数设计,将数学模型与物理模型相结合,对整机的传动系统、执行部件进行建模,并通过VR装配调控技术,形成路径规划与装配流程搭建仿真试验平台。试验表明:在VR场景设置下的拖拉机零配件机械设计与装配整体效果良好,设计可视度较实体建模与装配改善效果可提升9.1%,零配件位姿调控时间提升至0.52s,调控精准,且大幅度节省设计与装配时间;同时,零件的装配约束度可达到93.7%,满足设计要求,装配精度可达90%以上。此设计应用可为其他机具改进优化提供理论支撑,具有较强的应用价值。In order to further improve the design and improvement efficiency of tractor spare parts,VR technology is applied for analysis.On the basis of the core concept of virtual reality,the key spare parts of general tractor were selected for parameter design.The mathematical model and physical model were combined to model the transmission and execution parts of the whole machine,and the VR assembly and control technology was used to form the simulation test platform by the path planning and assembly process.The test showed that the overall effect of the mechanical design and assembly of the tractor spare parts was good under the setting of the VR scene.Compared with the solid modeling and assembly,the design visibility could be improved by 9.1%,and the adjusting time of the parts position was raised to 0.52s,then the design and assembly time could be saved accurately and greatly.At the same time,the assembly constraints of the parts could reach 93.7%and meet the design requirements.The whole assembly precision of the tractor could be reach more than 90%in the VR application environment,this design application would provide theoretical support for the improvement and optimization of other machines tools,also have strong application value.
