摘  要:以拖拉机发动机减速器为研究对象,从分析发动机减速器故障机理出发,深入研究了减速器行星齿轮系统的建模方法和动力学模型,并采用小波神经网络算法研究了一套拖拉机发动机减速器故障诊断系统,能够对发动机减速器机械故障进行实时诊断。试验结果表明:小波神经网络算法能够准确判断发动机减速器的工作状态,识别率高达96%以上,充分证明了系统的准确性和可行性。Taking the tractor engine reducer as the research object,starting from the analysis of the failure mechanism of the engine reducer,it deeply studied the modeling method and dynamic model of the planetary gear system of the reducer.A set of fault diagnosis system for the tractor engine reducer is studied by using the wavelet neural network algorithm,which can be used for the transmission of the tractor engine decelerator.It diagnosed the mechanical fault of the motive retarder in real time.The test results show that the wavelet neural network algorithm can accurately determine the working state of the engine reducer,and the recognition rate is as high as 96%,which fully proves the accuracy and feasibility of the system.
