摘  要:履带式联合收获机的行走机械变速箱箱体大多采用中间分离式结构形式,其密封性和可靠性不高,且拆卸维修不便,有必要研究设计整体式箱体。为此,在满足差逆变速箱原理的基础上,采用Pro/E软件对整体式箱体进行绘制,设计开口布局,用其自带的装配模块模拟装配并验证开口布局的合理性,对其安装形式和连接方式重新设计。应用ANSYS Workbench对箱体进行有限元静力学强度分析和有限元模态分析,通过DH5902动态信号采集仪采用锤击法进行箱体试验模态分析并与有限元仿真结果对比,结果表明:总体刚度满足要求,有限元模态分析结果与试验模态分析结果相差不大,满足要求。On the basis of satisfying the principle of differential reverse gearbox,Pro/E is used to draw the integrated gear-box,and the opening layout is redesigned.The assembly module is used to simulate the assembly and verify the rationality of the opening layout,and its installation form and the connection is redesigned.ANSYS Workbench was used to analyze the finite element static strength and finite element modal analysis of the box.The DH5902 dynamic signal acquisition instrument was used to perform the box test modal analysis by hammering method and compared with the finite element simulation results.The results show that the overall stiffness satisfies the requirements,and the results of the finite element modal analysis and the experimental modal analysis have little difference and meet the requirements.
