摘  要:带式运输机作为煤矿井下生产中的能耗大头,实现其运行的节能优化对矿井生产效益提升意义重大。在分析系统硬件构成的基础上,开展节能优化模型构建并对模型运行可行性进行测试,进而设计了配套的系统软件程序。结果表明所设计系统能实现对带式运输机的智能控制,实现能耗的降低。Belt conveyors are of large-scale energy consumption in underground coal mine production,so realizing the energysaving optimization of the operation of belt conveyors are of great significance to the benefit improvement of mine production.On the basis of analyzing the hardware structure of the system,this paper built the energy-saving optimization model,tested the operational feasibility of the model and designed the supporting system software program.The results show that the designed system can realize the intelligent control of the belt conveyor and reduce the energy consumption.
