摘  要:评述2018中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会上的机器视觉系统在纺织中的应用进展。总结了机器视觉在原棉异纤清除、整经断头检测、浆纱排花及织物疵点在线检测等方面的应用现状与发展趋势。指出:机器视觉代替人工视觉实现纺织品生产流程的质量监测,是提升产品品质与生产自动化水平的重要途径。认为:机器视觉的应用可以有效提升纺织生产装备自动化和智能化水平。The application progress for machine vision system used in textile in ITMA ASIA + CITME 2018 were reviewed.The application status and development trend for machine vision used in aspects of foreign fiber removal from raw cotton,warping break detection,warping arrangement & fabric defect online detection and so on were summarized.It was pointed out that the achievement of quality monitoring in textile processing by replacing manual vision with machine vision was an important approach to improve product quality and production automation level.It is considered that the application of machine vision technology can improve automation level and intelligence level of textile production equipment.
