摘  要:近年来,国际社会在推动人类发展的进程中,特别关注女性发展和性别平等,促进女性与社会经济同步发展已成为共识。在企业管理的微观层面,女性加入董事会参与公司治理成为董事会多元化的重要议题,越来越多的国家通过改变公司治理规则、强制配额立法等举措提高女性董事的比例,但在实施过程和效果上都存在较大争议。当前,职业女性晋升仍然存在着“玻璃天花板”现象。结合国际上女性董事配额的最新进展情况,分析女性董事强制配额的利弊和女性参与公司治理的路径,可为更好地提升我国女性参与企业经营管理,提高公司治理水平,促进社会公平提供参考。In recent years,with the process of promoting human development,the international community has paid special attention to women’s development and gender equality,and it has become a consensus to promote the simultaneous development of women and the social economy. At the micro level of corporate management,the participation of female directors in corporate governance has become a critical issue for board diversity. More and more countries take various measures like imposing quotas on female directors or revising corporate governance rules to increase the proportion of women in corporate governance. But there are many controversies aboutits implementation and effects. This paper analyzes the phenomenon of "glass ceiling"of professional women,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of quotas for female directors and the path of women’s participation in corporate governance based on the latest situation of international female director quotas.The research will hopefully provide reference for increasing participation of women in business management,improving corporate governance and promoting social equity.
