摘  要:【目的】不同营养液浓度对水培植物生长的影响.【方法】在改良Hoagland营养液的基础上,配制营养液为100%、75%、50%、25%和0%的5个处理组,研究不同营养液浓度对水培火鹤(Anthurium scherzerianum Schott)和花叶万年青(Dieffenbachia picta Lodd.)生长指标以及水中氨氮和亚硝氮浓度的影响.【结果】不同营养液浓度对火鹤的株高、叶宽和根长,花叶万年青的叶宽均有显著影响,高浓度组生长较快.除0%组外,水培火鹤和花叶万年青的营养液中氨氮浓度均随时间增加而降低,亚硝氮浓度逐渐增加.火鹤对水中氨氮去除率显著高于花叶万年青.【结论】在低浓度培养液中火鹤的长势明显受到抑制,花叶万年青的长势并未受到较大影响,而火鹤比花叶万年青表现出更高的氨氮去除率.【Objective】The effect of nutrient solution concentrations on the has an effect on the growth of hydroponic plants.【Methods】In this study,based on the Hoagland nutrient solution,the 100%,75%,50%,25%,and 0%concentrations were prepared,and then the effect on the growth indexes of Anthurium scherzerianum Schott and Dieffenbachia picta Lodd.,and contents of NH3-N and NO2-N were investigated.【Results】The results indicated that the concentrations of nutrient solution had significant effect on the plant height,leaf width and root length of A.scherzerianum,and leaf width of D.picta.The plants in the high concentration of nutrient solution grew faster than those in low concentration of nutrient solution.Except in 0%nutrient solution,the NH3-N concentrations decreased along with the time in other nutrient solution of A.scherzerianum and D.picta,but the NO2-N concentration increased gradually.The cutting rate of NH3-N in the nutrient solution of A.scherzerianum was significantly higher than that of D.picta.【Conclusion】In low concentration of nutrient solution,the growth of A.scherzerianum was inhibited which had little influence on the growth of D.picta.A.scherzerianum had higher cutting rate of NH3-N than that of D.picta.
