橡胶树老幼态无性系籽苗芽接苗叶片形态的差异性比较  

The Differences of Leaf Morphology of Grafted Mini-Seedling from Mature and Juvenile Types of Hevea brasiliensis Clones

摘  要:以云研73-477、热垦525、热研7-33-97及RRII105等4个品种的橡胶树老幼态8月龄籽苗芽接苗为试验材料,对其叶片的叶柄长、叶长、叶宽、宽基距、脉左宽、叶脉数、叶面积、叶厚、干重及脉左宽/叶宽等10个指标进行测量,比较分析橡胶树老幼态芽接无性系叶片形态的差异性。结果表明,橡胶树幼态芽接无性系的叶长、叶柄长、叶宽、宽基距、脉左宽、叶脉数、叶面积及干重均大于老态芽接无性系,叶厚小于老态芽接无性系;所测4个品种除脉左宽/叶宽差异不显著外,其它叶片性状在老幼态芽接无性系间的差异均达到显著(P<0.05)或极显著水平(P<0.01)。Taking 8-month-old grafted mini-seedlings from four Hevea clones of Yunyan73-477, Reken525, Reyan7-33-97 and RRII105 as materials, the differences between two kinds of clone types (mature type and juvenile type) in leaf morphology were analyzed through the leaf traits data including petiole length, leaf length, leaf width, the length from the widest part to the base, the leaf width on the left of main vein, leaf vein number, leaf area, leaf thickness, dry weight and the leaf width on the left of main vein /leaf width. Compared with the mature type clone, it showed greater in leaf length, petiole length, leaf width, the length from the widest part to the base, the leaf width on the left of main vein, leaf vein number, leaf area and dry weight in the juvenile type leaves of rubber tree, but its leaf thickness was just opposite. There was a significant (P<0.05) difference or extremely significant (P<0.01) difference in the leaf traits of all tested clones, except the leaf width on the left of main vein/leaf width.
