摘  要:目的观察转cp4epsps基因抗除草剂玉米对Wistar大鼠亚慢性毒性。方法将Wistar大鼠按性别体重随机分为转cp4epsps基因抗除草剂玉米MON87427低、中、高剂量组和亲本玉米EXP262低、中、高剂量组以及1个常规基础饲料对照组。分别喂饲相应饲料90天,自由进食饮水,观察动物一般情况、血常规、血生化、脏器重量及系数,并进行病理组织学检查。结果部分转基因受试物组动物血常规、血生化及脏体比值与基础对照组或相应亲本对照组比较,虽然差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但未见生物学意义。病理组织学检查未见与受试物相关病理学改变。结论本实验条件下未见转cp4epsps基因抗除草剂玉米MON87427对Wistar大鼠有亚慢性毒性。Objective To observe the chronic toxicity ofgenetically modified Herbicide-Resistant maize with Cp4epsps gene in Wistar rats.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into7groups according to body weight:3genetically modified maize groups;3parental maize groups;and control group.The animals were fed for90days7different foodstuffs.All animals were housed individually with food and water freely available.General conditions,hematology,blood biochemical,viscera weight and viscera coefficient were observed,and pathological histological was examined.Results Although there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)of hematology and blood biochemical indexes and viscera coefficient between part of GM and control group or parental group,there was no biological significance.and histopathological examination showed that no typical histopathological changes.Conclusion In this study,the genetically modified Herbicide-Resistant maize has no subchronic toxicity to Wistar rats.
