乙醛酸的氧气-硝酸联合氧化制备及快速分析

摘  要:在氧气辅助下,硝酸选择性氧化乙二醛制备了乙醛酸。在单因素试验基础上,通过高效液相色谱法,考察了通氧速率、保温反应温度、硝酸用量等因素对乙二醛转化率和乙醛酸收率的影响。研究结果表明:制备乙醛酸的最佳反应条件为通氧速率50mL/min,保温反应温度60℃,硝酸与乙二醛物质的量比0.59。在此条件下,乙二醛转化率为99.00%,乙醛酸收率为84.00%。与传统的硝酸氧化生产工艺相比,硝酸物质的量降低近10%,乙醛酸收率提高了5%以上。Glyoxylic acid was prepared by selective oxidation of glyoxal with nitric acid and oxygen.Using single factor experiments,the effects of the oxygen delivery rate,reaction temperature,and nitric acid consumption on the conversion of glyoxal and the yield of glyoxylic acid were investigated by high performance liquid chromatography.The results show that the optimal reaction conditions for the glyoxylic acid are oxygen delivery rate of50mL/min,reaction temperature of60℃,and nitric acid to glyoxal ratio of0.59.Under these conditions,the conversion of glyoxal is99.00%and the yield of glyoxylic acid is84.00%.Compared with the traditional nitric acid oxidation process,the amount of nitric acid is reduced by nearly10%,and the yield of glyoxylic acid is increased by more than5%.
