摘  要:针对国内地膜回收机械在收膜过程中出现卡死及收膜率不高等问题。根据农艺要求,设计了一种自走式山地小型化割膜、耙膜、卷膜多功能一体机。同时,介绍了该多功能一体机的总体设计方案、主要技术参数和传动系统,并进行关键部件的设计。为了检验山地割膜、耙膜、卷膜一体机的作业性能,进行了田间单因素及多因素试验,结果表明:该机可一次性完成卷膜、收膜及护苗等功能,各项设计指标均达到要求;当作业速度达到0.3 m/s、地膜铲入土深度为0.0 4 m、挑膜齿安装角度9 0°时,收膜率为9 5%,可满足山地地膜回收作业技术的发展需求。Aiming at the problems of domestic plastic film recycling machinery. In the process of membrane formation,the phenomenon of the death rate of the film is not high. According to the requirements of Agronomy,a self-propelled miniature cutting machine,a rake film and a film rolling multifunctional integrated machine are designed. At the same time,this paper introduces the overall design scheme,main technical parameters and transmission system. The design of key components is analyzed. In order to test the performance of cutting machine,rake film and film winding machine.Single factor and multi factor experiments were carried out. The results show that the machine can complete the functions of roll film,film collection and seedling protection,and all the design indexes meet the requirements. When the operating speed is 0. 3 m/s,the depth of the plastic film shovel is 0. 04 m,when the angle of the installation angle is 90 degrees,the film collecting rate is up to 95%,which can meet the needs of the development of plastic film recycling technology.
