摘  要:针对传统耕作机存在高能耗、高排放、操作强度大及使用成本高等问题,通过耕作机动力总成及整机操作控制系统等关键部件的研究,选用磷酸铁锂动力蓄电池、低功耗高效率电机和智能化电池管理系统(BMS)作为新能源耕作机的动力源,并采用轻便的操作及控制方法,设计出一种新能源电动耕作机。试验测试结果表明:该机各项性能指标符合设计预期及相关国家标准要求,具有低能耗、绿色环保、操作轻便、适应性强及使用成本低等特点,能够满足田间作业、转运及道路运输等多种使用条件要求。This research aiming at the problems of high energy consumption,high emission,high operation intensity and high using cost in traditional farming machines,through the study of the key components of power assembly,operation control system etc.,choosing the lithium iron phosphate power battery,low power consumption high efficiency motors and intelligent battery management system as the power source of the new energy cultivator,adopting the handy operation and control method,designed a new energy electric tillage machine. Test results show that the main performance indicators meet the design expectations and related national standards; it has the advantages of low energy consumption,green environmental protection,convenient operation,strong adaptability,low cost,etc.,and can meet the requirements of field operations and transport,road transport and other conditions as required by.
