不同栽植年限苹果梨园秋季土壤有机磷组分的剖面分布特征

摘  要:为了阐明不同栽植年限苹果梨园土壤剖面中有机磷组分的分布特征,于秋季在延边州龙井市选取栽植年限为11,25,40,50,63年的苹果梨园布置剖面点,分别挖掘剖面,根据土壤性态划分土壤自然发生层,分层采集土壤样品,采用改进的Bowman-Cole法测定有机磷组分含量。结果表明:龙井不同栽植年限苹果梨园土壤的不同形态有机磷及总提取有机磷含量基本趋势为随土层加深含量下降。随着栽植年限的增加,不同形态有机磷和总提取有机磷基本呈先增加后减少的趋势,上部土层表现较明显,25年或40年时含量最高。苹果梨园和对照组有机磷各组分占有机磷总量的比例不尽相同,其中所占比例最大组分均为中活性有机磷,为延边苹果梨园土壤中最重要的有机磷形态。在表层,随着栽植年限的增加,活性有机磷占总提取有机磷比例呈逐渐减少的趋势,但40年以后差别不大,40年高稳性有机磷比例最高。在中部土层,随着栽植年限的增加,中稳性有机磷有向中活性有机磷转化的趋势。底部土层除了中稳性有机磷有小部分向中活性有机磷转化外,还有逐渐老化为高稳性有机磷的趋势。In order to illustrate the distribution characteristics of soil organic phosphorus fractions in different soil layers of apple-pear orchard in autumn of different planting years, we mined soil profile in different apple-pear orchards (for 11, 25, 40, 50 and 63 planting years ) of Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Longjing city,Jilin province.Soil samples were collected from different soil genetic hori- zons according to soil properties, and organic phosphorus fractions were determined with improved Bowman-Cole. The results showed that the content of different organic phosphorus fractions and total extracted organic phosphorus showed a downward trend with the increase of soil layer depth. With in- erement of planting years, organic phosphorus fractions and total extracted organic phosphorus basi- cally showed a first increasing then decreasing trend, obvious at upper soil layers, and the highest in 25 years or 40 years. Percentage of each organic phosphorus fraction accounting for total phosphorus was different, and percentage of moderately labile organic phosphorus accounting for total phosphor- us was the highest, and it was the most important form of organic phosphorus in apple-pear orchard soil of Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Yanbian. At the surface layer, with the increase of planting years, percentage of labile organic phosphorus accounting for total extracted organic phosphorus showed a gradual downward trend, but after 40 years, the difference was little, and highly stable or- ganic phosphorus had the highest percentage in 40 years. At the middle layers, with the increment of planting years, moderately stable organic phosphorus had a trend of converting into moderately labile organic phosphorus. In substratum, a small part of moderately stable organic phosphorus had a trend of converting into moderately labile organic phosphorus while part of it gradually aged into highly sta- ble organic phosphorus.
