摘  要:为解决目前挖掘机挖掘力图存在的制图和阅读困难的问题,提出在三维坐标系中绘制挖掘力图和限制因素图的新方法.针对某型挖掘机,基于D-H参数法建立其挖掘力数学模型,介绍绘制三维挖掘力图和限制因素图的方法及流程,在MATLAB中编写绘图程序并绘制该挖掘机的挖掘力图和限制因素图.该方法可取得绘图方便、快捷,读图一目了然的效果.In order to facilitate drawing and reading of excavator's digging diagrams at present we provided a new 3D coordinate system as a new method for drawing the excavator's digging force diagrams and limiting factor diagrams. This is done in view of a certain type of excavator on the basis of mathematical models for the digging force as based on D-H data so set up. Besides, the text introduces how to draw the diagrams and set the limit factors together with the flow sequence, so that you can formulate the drawing procedures and draw out the excavator's digging force diagrams and limit factor diagrams within the MATLAB, which would result in easy, prompt, and legible drawings.
